It is necessary to obtain written permission from the copyright holders for the following:
• translations of books and of the Heimler Scale of Social Functioning and derived versions thereof
• publication, in part or in full, of the Heimler Scale of Social Functioning and derived versions thereof
• reproductions of books and of the Heimler Scale of Social Functioning and derived versions thereof
• to use the Heimler Scale of Social Functioning and derived versions thereof for research purposes
License Agreement and Fee:
Students learning the Heimler Method, including the Heimler Scale of Social Functioning and derived versions thereof, are required to sign a license agreement and pay a one-time license fee of £40, which is payable to the Eugene Heimler Literary Trust.
Upon receipt of the signed license agreement and payment of the license fee, the student is eligible to be registered as a practitioner with Heimler International.
Buying HSSF scales:
Registered practitioners from around the world are eligible to join BASF, on successful verification of their training and accreditation with Heimler International. As a member of BASF (currently at an annual rate of £15) they will be able to buy English language scales along with other publications. They will then receive a password, which will enable them to download copies of the Heimler Scale of Social Functioning and derived versions thereof for a fee of £1 per individual copy. For downloaded scales the minimum will be twenty copies for £20. Discounts will apply to larger numbers of scales.
